Hey everyone!

I'm fairly new to Propwire and have been doing a lot of research on list building strategies. I want to get some input from the BP community! 

I'm looking to build three different list types - one for seller finance, one for SubTo, and one for wholesale.

Does anyone have a favorite strategy or combination of strategies they like to use?
