We had a Pro Membership that we let expire. Would we be able to recover the calculator antalytics that we’re saved if we upgraded back to pro now?

We have had our 1st rental on the market for a month in Brunswick Ohio. Two bed rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has been shown 1/2 dozen times but only one potential tenant that applied. That fell through today because they bought a house. It's a very clean house with brand new paint, modern appliances and overall good shape. We were prefer no pets but will allow one with a $30 monthly fee. No one has given us any negative feedback. We priced it at $1,200 which was in line with pricing on Craig's List, Zillows, Trulia, Rent.com, Hot Pads and local social media rental sites. It's advertised on all of the same sites. What would you? Lower the price or hold on for more applications? I would appreciate your thoughts.

We are considering replacing the flooring in a 1,000 sq ft town home. Is it better to use carpet or lament flooring?

I'm about to close on our 1st property using a HELOC. We have no other debt and plan on financing 100% of the purchase. Should I use interest only or P&I? Is this a sound strategy?
