Post: Tenant's front door was broken during a break in.

It hard to know what really happened! First thing I would do is get a copy of the Police Report on the break in. If no report was made. I would then charge cost to replace door to the Tenant. You would think if someone broke in there would be some type of police report made!!! Good luck
