@Ashley Zhang We sold what we had to some one that contacted us out of the blue. So the best way to contact owners is the way that gets you a response. We had a small complex but loved it. I am looking to get into RV storage and or a mobile home park. Always looking to connect with other like minded people so feel free to reach out.

Bob, I just sold a self storage facility last month. So I am familiar with the space. What I will have will be a mix of everything. Storage for RV's boats in open, inside and hopefully covered spaces. Also Shipping container storage units in area's that are not suitable for RV's or boats. Also the location I am looking at would also have a little office space to rent. Currently the most any location as for open spaces is none to maybe 5 spaces. Also I will be offering services that others currently are not offering.

Looking to purchase a property that is perfect for RV storage. 10 plus acres already graveled and fenced, and zoned outdoor storage. What software are others using to manage a large facility? What do you like and what do you hate about it? Should be able to get over 450 RV's and have some Shipping container storage units also.
