Unless it has changed since I used to buy these, 6 months. Unless it is zoned agriculture or they have homestead exemption, then they have 2 year redemption.

So, back in October '15 I had to evict. Got my judgement and them out. A couple weeks ago facebook suggested this former tenant as someone I may know. Thought about messaging her ahd asking when she gonna pay my money. :-) I'm guessing not a good idea, but has anyone else ever had this?

So, has anyone here at all had any experience with Gary Zaccaria and his opmcredit package? Would like to know i am not blowing money before I put any into his products.
