Hey Frank,

I totally agree and have proceeded with the move.  There is also potential to use the two lots together as a tiny house rental.  Fingers crossed this is the right move!  Also fingers crossed this hurricane doesn't total both properties!

Would love to hear REI's thoughts on this...

I just cashout refi'd my single family short term airbnb so that I could purchase another short term airbnb literally next door.  I had to give up $500 in cashflow on the first single but will get $500 back in cashflow on the new property.  Was this a good move??  Cashflow totals stay exactly the same, I just have two properties now, identical side by side.
