So many complaints... why aren’t you suing their ***? Split the legal fees between 5 people and it’s even cost effective. In this situation I’d also recommend to find a new management company.

Similar experience a few years ago. Property does not get renovated, zero responsiveness, lies.

Threatening to sue got me my money back.

Not a lot of activity and almost all reviews are 5-star... I wonder if there are more sites that have aggregated information on turn key. Particularly, how professional and stable the management companies are.
