Hello Chris. 

We do subordinate funding, double close, emd and entitlement funding. Except for entitlement, we focus on residential flips and wholesale deal support. Our underwriting focuses on the quality of the deal, relative to current value and arv of the property. 

We are on the final stretch in getting a debt fund established; and look forward to the increased liquidity it will allow us to pull in.

I've had a career in engineering, banking, international insurance and real estate investing and loved all of it. After some rentals, flips and wholesale deals I landed on private money lending. I love it and that's the name of the game. We run a debt fund and focus on short-term mezzanine funding mainly.
