ok so I have listened to a few of the pod cast. I have also decided that I am probably gonna in start in wholesaleing. (I'm starting with pretty much nothing.) So that I can build capital and a business at the sametime. A realistic goal for me is to buy and sale 3 wholesale properties in 90 days. Then I want to work my way into either buy and flip or rental properties. I am willing to put in as much time and effort as it takes. I'm just a little nervous on the financeing part of everything. Any suggestions for that.

So I basically am brand new. I am still in the research/learning stage. I know I want to start with the wholesale to build some capital. So that I can start working on long term as well.

My name is Paula. I am brand new at this. Just literally decided that I am better off as an entrepreneur than a 9-5er. But I'm terrified like any newbie. Any one have any suggestions or advice for the newbie jitters?
