Probably will not work in our case then as a wholesale. He owes $92, and its worth $130. =( Will have to figure something else out

When you are looking to wholesale a distressed property do you pay for the rehab costs? My husband has found a potential wholesale deal.The owner is facing foreclosure and will need to close quickly. He owes $4000 in back payments and needs a new roof($4000)
