Catherine the counters were trashed.  Justin that came out great!  What kind of tile did you use?

I redoing a small kitchen for a first rental.  I want to try to save some money on the countertops.  I got an estimate from lowes for laminate counters uninstalled for $1700.  It's seems really high for laminate. Does anyone have any recommendations, I'm in central Florida.  Thanks

Has anyone used RP funding?  I'm supposed be closing on 6/13 with Wells Fargo on a conventional loan. Now their asking for an extension till the 24th.  The problem is I'll be renting to my daughter and family who are currently living in our spare room because the house they were living in sold yesterday.  RP Funding advertises an acceleration program that closes in 10 days. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Hi,  I'm new to real estate investing.  I've enjoyed Bigger Pockets, and the wealth of information on it.  My goal is to flip houses, possibly partner with someone experienced .  I am currently purchasing a home in Fruitland Park that family members will live in for the next 3 years.  I'll make improvements over that time and hopefully sell it for a profit or a least break even.
