My first 2 weeks with bandit signs gave me 3 good leads. I put out 25 signs. 2 are listings though and one investor. I get every kind of call. People are not sure what the sign means really. So it's good so far, but are looking for more avenues to create leads.

That foreclosed home got listed, the bank already cleaned it up and put in new carpet. No longer a deal for a flipper. Price got too high.

I found an abandoned home in foreclosure that would be a great flip. It hasn't gone to the MLS yet, but it is bank owned. How would I approach the lender to purchase it before it gets listed?

I am trying to find cash investors to flip houses in Orlando FL. I find the house to flip, hire all the contractors, do clean up etc... then put it back on market and make a profit with a 50/50 split. Any suggestions on where to look for investors??
