anybody know what number goes in the cost of goods sold

Has anyone had any experience with AHS Home Warranty. We have six rentals and are considering traveling for  year. Thought maybe this might be an alternative to managing long distance... Hope someone has some info

In Dayton Ohio. I have 2 rentals combined value is approx 70K . Insurance is currently

replacement cost of 259600.00 with 1000K ded on each. Currently being billed for 

1571.00 annually for both properties. I am being advised this is a good deal from

my insurance agent,, not so sure on this end. Any advice would be helpful.

Really looking forward to the webinar tonight ,,,BRRR,, took a little while to figure out

exactly what that meant....lol. Everything we have done so far has been cash,, still

working so makes it a little easier, but believe we could really move forward if we 

were to take this next step...could someone give me some idea if I did ok on last flip. 

paid 35K invested 15K (rehab and carrying costs),,,50K total investment, sold for 91K

I cannot seem to find any data.

   New to real estate, have completed 2 flips and working on third rental. Just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone. I am learning a lot through the forums webinars etc.
