I am new to wholesaling and I need advice on getting sellers in Illinois. I want to begin to analyze deals and make offers to get properties under contract. I sent out really nice postcards targeting people in divorces and I know I have to send the same people marketing materials seven times. I am going to do that. In addition, I am finalizing yellow letters to send to FSBO.

I need suggestions to make my phone ring.

Well it is a name to attract people to take a closer look.  You can test it and see how many leads it pulls in and if it is not gaining power then you may have to rethink the name.

I need to find out how to take advantage of court auctions in the Chicago area. I am new to wholesaling and can use professional advice. I always research first before I just gout out and do something. Getting good advise is always a plus. Thanx in advance your responses.
