I am the landlord for property in Dekalb county Georgia. On dispossessory notice I listed names of both the husband and wife but only the husband answered the notice and came to court. The judge said since the wife didn't answer notice or come to court the judgment could only be against the husband. The judge said I had option to also get the wife added to the judgment but she was not able to provide me the information. I want to include the wife on the judgment as her work history is more stable and I want to pursue a garnishment. Please advise how I can get the wife added.
