I need someone to remove and install a control board for furnace in Dekalb Co. This is my personal residence. Any recommendations on a reasonable and efficient person?

Thanks all for your time and responses! I have contacted the county health dept and they emailed a sketch included with the original septic permit. It looks like its just outside of the patio area, but, with this new info, will have another inspector come out and locate.

I had a guy come out in Dekalb county to do real estate inspection on the septic. While waiting on him I noticed I couldn't locate it. When he came out, neither could he. He said it may be underneath the brick patio. He didn't offer much help. I am worried about accessibility issues as well as cost. Anyone else come across anything similar?
