I am 22 years old and I feel the clock ticking, but it feels awfully overwhelming to jump right in. Any recommendations to have the right team in place to feel secure in getting started? Also, if I end up moving for the job, is it possible to get started in Chicago by being in another city? 

Hello, my name is Patryk and I am a recent graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

I have been reading a lot of material on real estate investing, listening to various podcasts (including BiggerPockets Podcast) and learning a lot from local investors over the last 3-5 months. My background is mostly working on tech startups and currently looking for a product manager role in the meantime.

My current goals in real estate involve getting started with my first multi-family property (preferably a 3-flat) and house hacking it or just renting out all the units.
