I’ve been seriously considering purchasing property in Toledo, ideally Buy Rehab Rent Refi, does anyone have any insight in to the rental market or areas of town that I should be looking in?

I’ve contacted a few real-estate agents but haven’t found a positive connection with one yet any recommendations on good resources such as contractors, property management ect?
