Jacob has some great advice. To add to this there may be some tax related questions you may want to speak with your accountant about. For example, one of my clients is selling his rental home this year because its the last year he can still avoid capital gains on the home as it will be the last year he still qualifies for the 121 Home Sale Exclusion.

@Gabriel Graumann I have a meetup that I host for multifamily and its been a great way to mix it up as I find myself on the phone a lot making calls. Most of those that attend are from me emailing my database a few times before the event. If you'd like to discuss, I'm happy to.

Most title companies will give you an estimate for their fees but tell them you're an investor and ask for investor rates.
