My name is Pat and I am a new member to to the site. Very excited to explore BP and learn more.

I briefly worked in construction right out of college and then went into the health professions as an Occupational Therapist.

I am interested in investing in multi-family properties, buying and holding, buying and flipping.

Currently saving, networking, shadowing pros and people who’ve done it, and studying. Looking to make my first investment in the Philadelphia area in Spring 2020.
