I mean have the all contractors there at the same time. Say I bought a property about 2 hours from me. When the property needs work I want to shop around since it is a little far for me to do the work plus manage the building. I'd like get all the bids for whatever job at the time/trip.

I was just wondering is it ethical to have multiple contractors meet you at a property to all bid the same job?

My future inherited tenant parks his trike harley in the garage, I want the garage all to myself.

Maybe I should get him a gift card for public storage?

Steven Picker the whole reason I can buy this house is because of the 3.5% down. We don't have 25% of the asking price... yet.

I am going to follow the law. I was just unaware that the consigned had to live in the property as well. Until we found that out he wasn't going to live in the unit with me but now he's going to. I was just curious about it.

In order to get an FHA loan you must live in the property for a year. If you get a non family member to cosign for you, they also must live in the property. My question is this, how strict are they? Do they check up on you often? What happened if you get caught with the co signer not living in the property?

The tenants have been there for over a year and they are currently on a M2M lease. I've read their current lease agreement and there's nothing about the garage in it. Where do I find my rules and regulations to study?
