Here in Ohio they are closing down restaurants and bars because of the virus. How would you guys handle rent for those who are affected by this if they were always on time before and struggling now?

I’m working on starting my portfolio with getting investment properties. I currently don’t have any properties at this moment but my ultimate goal is to retire early and enjoy life and live off my properties. I’m also working on getting my real estate license to do some side work as an agent. Would be more substantial to have it vs not having it.
