@Joel S. I can understand where you come no from. I figure what I’m looking for is more of a “buy and flip package”. Something that shows what I’m about to do to what property and how much it will cost to do it and potential profit to be made. Along with a small introduction to who I am as well included. With pre-made contracts at the end that are ready to sign. What do you think Joel?

I have an investor who would like a written plan of how I intend to use his money. Being that I just started and never flipped a property I’m at square one. A fellow investor suggested a “Credibility package”. Have any of you used this before? If so how did it work for you? Do you know where I can get a Credibility package template our an example I can follow as I build my first package?

Just passed the Indiana real estate exam. What’s the next step if my plan is to become a successful investor and start up capital is low or essentially none existent but the drive and determination is present?

I say forge your own opinion on the area. Visit and see how it feels to you. One persons experience on a specific area may not be any where near like yours
