Hey Ali ! Ultimate goal is to have my own Luxury Apartment building here in NYC. Right now looking to start off with a single family place and then start upgrading to multi-family. Love the LA area and you're right, just as expensive, if not more, out by you!

New to the Real Estate game and excited to get in. I am currently located in Hoboken, NJ right outside the Big Apple. Always interested in meeting new people along the way as I am sure there are many of you in my area. A baseball player myself, so I travel quite a bit, just curious how some of you in any area got started. Read Rental Property Investing and it talks about working in expensive areas which I am obviously in one. Curious to see how everyone else did it. Would love to connect and chat!
