Ask them what the addition cost would be to do the job. You may be able to work something out on the additional money maybe try to split it. That what I would try to do before you start fighting about your depot back. You are still going to find another contractor.

Toto are the best toilets they are not cheap but they will not give you problems

I am looking for some information on mixed use property financing. I am looking at a property that has a commercial space and two apartment also on site. Just seeing if anyone has any experience with the financing side of property. My question is can I get a 30 year residential morgage on the total property on is it only a commercial loan. Thanks for your time on looking at the post

The siding should not be nailed all the way in it needs to be able to expand and contract, check to see if the siding was nail to tight. That may be your problem

As I said above looking for a rental for investment looking to retire in about 10 years and use it then.

Just seeing if any members have had any experience building small multifamily properties. If so how do the cost compare to a renovation. The prices in Mass are getting so high, just wondering if it would be cheaper to build. Then have brand new a properties to rent with little maintenance.
