Awesome! And you're right nothing like hands on. That's my favorite way of learning. And thank you so much I've joined the group and have posted so your reply is much appreciated!

I'm looking to help someone in DFW area or beyond fix and flip their home. I'm not looking for money I'm looking for great knowledge of the fix and flip process and to help someone for free fix the home up and gain experience, knowledge, and hopefully a friend in the process. You'd have an extra hand in fixing the place up. I'm ready to start working and learning right now

Hey everyone, I'm new to the real estate investing world. This is a great network I must say browsing through all the features. I'm diving in the education right now! Yet, I'm interested in flipping homes, wholesaling, learning and wanted to meet in person and learn from people who are flipping homes in my area and any other area because I learn better that way. And plus it gives me a chance to build long lasting relationships which is something I'm working on in my life. Thank you!
