Have a potential lead (a deceased family members homes that I have to opportunity to acquire at a great discount) a single family 2/2 manufactured home, looking to rent it out for a couple years. Have some questions like typical rent rates in the area? I will be out of state so I will need a property manager, just looking for any information you may think I can find useful about this area.
