Good morning BP - my business partner and I are getting ready for our first project.  We have everything lined up except for an insurance provider.  We are targeting a low end flip to start looking to get in and out as quickly as possible.  Can anyone recommend an insurance provider?  Are there any pitfalls or advice you can offer?  Thank you!

Hi Jason - they are one of the preferred vendors for my company.  They have a lot of experience working with corporate investors and mortgage servicing companies.  Which means their employees are background checked; work is scorecarded; can work on an investor friendly timeline.  They are highly recommended.

Good morning Biggerpockets,

I am interested in targeting properties in TX.  It was recommended that I source properties that are in pre-foreclosure tax sales and probate.  This is all new to me.  Does anyone have any advice as to where I can start to research how this works?
