Hello everyone. I have a sfh rental property that I am selling. I want to take the substantial profits and move it into MF. I am looking for tips and/or advice on connecting with other like minded individuals to pool or capital and acquire one or more MF properties. Thank you in advance for your suggestions and feedback.
