Post: Coin Op Laundry - Rent or Own?

Hello,

I'm looking at replacing the coin-op washing machine that came with the property I purchased earlier this year.  It generates about $60-$75/month.  I don't view it as something that generates much income, it's more of an amenity that allows me to charge higher rent and make the property more attractive.  I'm looking at either replacing with a new coin-op (about $2K) or go the route of renting the machines.  I reached out to coinamatic and for a single MFH with 4 units they only sell the machines, they don't do renting.

Are any of you aware of companies in Ontario that rent laundry machines to a single MFH property?

Thanks,

Patrick
