Thanks for the insight on prepackaged contracts. In law school, contracts is a one year course—for good reason. I’ve noticed while helping/advising nonlawyer investors that they generally know what to put in the blanks but they really don’t know why. And when things go south or sideways they don’t really know where it went wrong at the agreement stage.
