I am a Pro member and am wondering why BiggerPockets doesn't have available "End of tenancy notice/ non-renewal of lease" forms in the Manage Properties--> Leases + Landlod forms. If it exists, can someone please direct me to where on BiggerPockets I can find this form?

Thank you all for your feedback!

@John Mocker What's the difference between an insurance broker and the insurance company BP lists under the "Network" tab(National Real Estate Insurance Group)?

Anyone have experience with NREIG?

Hi all! I wasn't sure where to post this question. For car insurance, my agent is telling me that I need a certain level of coverage. According to the agent my main concern shouldn't be the car but rather the damage that I can cause to others in an accident that's my fault and that this could/would expose my assets (I do own several properties). I would love some feedback on this! Thanks!

Hello BP community! For the properties I hold, I have them each under their own LLC. The LLCs are under a trust in which I am the settlor. I want to make sure that the insurance policies I have in place are adequate. What about car insurance in relation to liability coverage? I would like to speak to someone other than my current insurance agent to compare what I have now. Can someone recommend an agent in Oregon I can speak with? Or someone willing to talk things through with me? I have read up on trusts, LLCs, and insurance but want to make sure that I did things correctly.

Hi all! Not sure if folks still follow this forum. I posted on the general BP forum and someone suggested I post to a local BP forum so ... I'm in search of a property manager in/around Tualatin, OR. I came across a 2 year old post but would welcome updated recommendations. Tia!

Hi all! I am still quite new to owning rental properties and have recently found the need to replace my current property manager. I own property in: 90022 and 90032. I am having trouble finding a property management company that services these areas. Any suggestions? TIA!
