Hi! I am an urban designer living outside of Boston. I do a lot of work with investors and developers and have always had an interest in real estate. I have been reading the posts, blogs, and listening to the podcasts and am amazed at the amount of info on here. It is great to hear everyone's insight. Thanks to Josh and Brandon for starting this website. I haven't made my first deal yet, but I know I would of failed without the info on this website.
