Hey All,

I'm trying to utilize a VA Renovation loan to buy a multifamily unit, renovate some of the units and then house hack it. With VA Renovation loans, you need to have a VA licensed contractor do any and all renovations. I'm looking for some recommendations to contractors that are VA licensed in Buffalo, NY.

The deal I'm currently analyzing is a duplex that needs some cosmetic repairs on the second floor and probably a new roof. There is also a 3rd floor attic that is HUGE. It could be converted to a 3rd floor apartment, but it needs everything. And I mean everything. It would also need an egress (fire escape) from the third floor if attic was converted.

If anyone knows any VA licensed contractors in Buffalo, New York - SEND ME THEIR INFO! (This will not be the only time I do this kind of project, so there is opportunity to earn a large project repeat customer).
