Post: Convert DBA to LLC?

I am currently operating three multi-family rentals under my DBA which is a sole prop. I formed a LLC but am not sure on how to make the switch or if there is an easy way. My LLC is a different name from my DBA and I would like to continue using the DBA name but just make it an LLC DBA instead of sole prop DBA. This is in the state of Texas.

Any suggestions or advice are appreciated.

Looking for a buyer or partner in a truly amazing deal.  I was supposed to close next week but my financing fell through due too recent of a purchase of another rental just like this.

It rents currently for $9k, need someone with cash or access to quick financing to fund the purchase, message me for details.

Andrew, I just bought two properties that cash flow $5k per month each on only $2.2k mortgage per month. Looking for partners on more here in the San Antonio area. Let me know if you're interested. -Patrick P.S. the 5k is net, not gross.

Post: Do you own a property near a military base?

We are creating a network for military members who are traveling for work to other bases and seeking a furnished rental within 15 minutes of their military base.  If you or someone you know owns a property within 15 minutes of a military base and is willing it out to the people who serve our country, contact me ASAP.  Returns are fantastic due to government per diem rates being well above rental prices.

Cheers,

Patrick

@Jason Hirko, @Jay Moore

PIT Pad indeed. There are several PIT Pads that are aging and not well maintained and that is why my first rental is overbooked and we are opening the second in two months. Market is great with RPA production increasing at Randolph as well.

This is a scalable business that is even more effective with a solid brand name like we are establishing.

I could arrange up to four comfortably over 6-12 months.

www.pebblebeachpitpad.com is my first one as an example

Under contract to close by Aug 22 for SFR rental in San Antonio to be used as a crash pad for up to 5 military members while TDY (temporary duty) in San Antonio. Brings in $9k per month on a house that costs $240k plus $50k to furnish and add outdoor kitchen. Looking for partners with access to financing for the $240k or the $50k or both. Very fair deals since it is so profitable.
Let me know if you or a friend are interested.

-Patrick

PS - Email me to get the BP Rental Property Calculator Analysis I ran on the rental, you will be amazed, even with very conservative numbers.
