I have 2 recommendations. The first one is Apex, which is not brick and mortar, but they have competitive rates, can close fast, and then have good easy programs to qualify for.  and the second is Lincoln 1st. It's a B&M, more conventional lender, but portfolio so there's more flexibility. I'll PM you contacts for both.

Jessica, Thank you for your input, and your PM I will continue my homework.

More opportunities will open to you in the financing and credit products arena if you get regular face time and develop relationships at a local brick and mortar bank.

Hi BP community,

Looking for advice in NJ for day to day banking for small business.

Activity : Flip residential / Wholesaling / Constructions

Any opinion on  AXOS Bank? or partner BOFI Federal bank?

Does "Brick and mortar" banks a necessity?

Thank you
