I’m looking to start investing out of state, mostly in multi-family residential. I’m currently reside in New York. I’ve been looking at NJ and PA markets, my question is “what are some of the best neighborhoods in those two states that offer great cash flow and appreciation?”

Thank you!!

Hi, my name is Pascal, I’m a new investor out of New York. My family and I are looking to invest out of state, considering PA, NJ and CT, which one has the best cash flow and any realtor recommendations for Them or should I just do NY?

Thank you!
