We made the mistake of looking into the USREEB 6 unit 'turnkey' MFH in Dayton, OH as OOS investor . The inspection report was shocking- dilapidated property being advertised as 'turnkey. Be careful dealing with this folks, We had to write off the inspection report cost. Attaching the summary and inspection report with this..
