I tried using them before.  They were too expensive for what I was doing and found they didn't have all the data in all markets.  It was very lacking in the area I was trying to use it.

Where do you get your preferred contracts/documents?

@Ronald Rohde

Thank you all for your time. Your right about first time time agent on a CRE. It checks all the boxes. The numbers are good, but not too good. It's a good property even if empty.

I’ll make sure to get whatever financials I can and look at the lease w/ an experienced broker or lawyer.

Thanks again guys.

@Lavance Reed Jr

Thank you Lavance. You make some great insights for me to consider. I hope I come across a property that works for me.

Good luck!

When the numbers work, what are the questions agents ask about the potential property?

FYI: NNN fast food restaurant.

Has anyone purchased a home or land from the Detroit Land Bank?

I am curious how easy it was to purchase the property, and were you able to settle back taxes and update the home for what you projected?

Dan, thanks for the question. I have a question for all  who responded to Dan's question:

How many people work for the office using Reonomy?

I'm thinking of using it, but it is just me.  I might do a couple deals a year (1M range).

Does anyone recommend Reonomy for researching properties?  If not is there a platform you prefer to use, or are happy with?

Thank you for your time.

@Wayne Brooks

Thanks for replying.

They are allowed under a certain percentage of the complex. I’d like to give them the info they desire to make the decision in the first letter.

What details do I need to include in my letter to the Condo association (asking/telling) informing them of my plans to lease the condo.

FYI: I am a Realtor managing the condo
