@Trevor West, that sounds like a great goal. Have you decided what lead gen you will be pursuing?

Hey Scott, welcome! I'm new myself but have cobled together a couple deals and would be glad to help answer any questions. Treia, the local REI meetup, is also a good way to learn more and continue meeting people.

Hi @Noah Maynard, welcome! Do you know anybody in these markets? It may make sense to focus on a market where you have a strong connection willing to partner with you.

@Christopher K. thanks for the candid insight! I've spent a little time down there and I was shocked to learn how far out handymen are booked. Best of luck in your business!

Hi All,

I just closed on my first property in the 27606 zip code! It is in need of light repairs, can anybody recommend plumbers, electricians and/or handymen they have had positive experiences with?

Thank you!

Parker

Appreciate you reaching out, @Tiffany Alexy! That's funny, my office is right next to Great Neck. Best of luck in your pursuit of FI!

Hi @Heidi Kenefick, I didn't realize Greenville was growing so fast. Isn't Cone Health based there? Are you actively investing in the area?

Thanks, @Matt Motil. I listened to a few of the podcasts - good stuff!

Thank you for the tip, @Trexie E.!
