Hello,

If you've done real estate investing then you know the challenges we face as investors when dealing with contractors. It amplified 10 fold when you are investing out of your home town. With California prices the way they are it's hard to start anything out here. Which is what has brought me to Cleveland, I know locals don't like it but its the nature of the beast. We all need to eat and there is enough to go around. With that being said had a few bad experiences with contractors and project managers. I'm currently looking to start developing relationships in the Cleveland area.

Whats up Bigger Pockets! I'm hoping I can find someone who has discovered a SOLID CRM for Real Estate Wholesale and Investing. Preferably something like GOHIGHLEVEL in which you can customize virtually everything. I really like GOHIGHLEVEL but the one thing I don't like about it is that I can not attach a personal facebook account to the automation side of things. Since I do most of my initial communication through Facebook Message I want something that can integrate and automate that workflow. ANY AND ALL suggestions are helpful!

I’m looking to get some input on a deal in Cincinnati. Would like to get an idea of what other investors are paying for rehabs in the Avondale area. Looking to do a Brrrr in this area and trying to figure out what is going to take to rehab this project from investors who have a solid team already built in this area.
