@Ramon Huerta some I'm looking to buy and hold. Others I think would work well as fix and flips. I want to be more buy and hold focused though since that's what I know more about.

Any suggestions on hard money lenders to use in the state of Michigan? I'm finding good deals, I just need to find the right financing for them.

Looking for more people to connect with inside my state. Have already met a few and am really enjoying the experience. Anyone else want to connect? Doesn't matter how far you are on your journey.
