Ok thanks for the advice..I'll be sure to post the deals :) I wasn't sure to get my funding in place first or the project but thanks for in lightening me of how the order should be :)

Hello everyone I'm Francine, iv been a property hunter for big time investors for over a year. I am intrige about the investing side of the bussness I am currently seeking a Cash investor loan and/partner to cover all cost of the REO rehab projects,will slipt 50/50 on profits or give 8 to 10% if its a loan. :)
