I recently subscribed to AgentPro247 and have now realized that Texas and several other states do not disclose COMPS. Customer service will provide you with the other state that do not disclose.

Has anyone had firsthand experience with www.findcompsnow? I believe it is a fairly new website, so there aren't very many reviews. However, a few investors endorsement the website.

I am new to Bigger Pockets and am excited about what I have discovered so far. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and would like to communicate with anyone that has hands-on experience with the strategy of purchasing real estate in the book "FLIP" and also Wholesaling.
