I would want to say both but am not sure. I just want a better understand for reading numbers, I am wanting to start investing in real estate but I need to understand how the numbers work as well as being more financially literate for finances and moving forward into the future.

I am new to most of this stuff but I am currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and in one of the chapters it says that an important thing to have in knowledge is accounting skills. I had the course available to take in school but I never thought it would be effective until now and I am willing to learn. Any free courses out there to recommend?
