I’m doing a 1031 exchange in San Francisco and have 2 opportunities, 1) Studio in the Dogpatch 2) 1bed in the TL - both new development and about $90K price difference. Would like to hear pros and cons on studio ba 1bd investment.

Hey guys, I’m considering investing in Florida looking at rental comps to cost of purchase ratio the Miami market looks hot - but that’s really only the rental market!! What are the predictions on home price rises in Miami?! Could you make equity on your investment YoY?? I have ~350K

hi everyone, I am a new to member of BP's network and interested in getting my CA License. I have been doing research online to find a reliable online school to study for the exam, but having a hard time deciding which one to enroll in. Anyone has any recommendations based on personal experience that could share? Thanks :)
