Hello everyone. I just spoke to a landlord contact. She has listed a gorgeous multi-unit in a high demand area of Downtown Rochester, NY for 1.25mil. The property has 9 units (fully rented), the rental data shows over a 70k NOI. The property is immaculate and very suitable for a hold property.
