@Kelly O'Keefe, I will look into these areas, thank you. I am looking into doing a 1031 exchange does Avery specialize in that or if you know someone in the area that does.

Thank you Mitch and Kelly for your reply. I am interested in buying a single family home for long term, ideally it would be turn key since I am out of state. I was mainly looking at the triangle area because of the job market. I will research the other areas you have mentioned. I appreciate your input.

I am from the Bay Area in California and I am interested in buying a single family home out of state to keep for long term. I am looking into North Carolina for the job growth that is happening there. I want to know if  there is a high demand and if homes are renting easily.  I have been reading that corporate investors are buying many homes there and I now I am having second thought about the area. I would appreciate any insight.
