@Charles A Guilford That was my first thought, that its probably a scam and going to cost money. I wanted to see what people that are already in business, think about these type of ads. Definitely proceed with caution.

I saw an ad that said "real estate investor seeks trainee", on a lawn, coming off of the highway. is this a wise ad to follow up on? what kind of questions would you ask?

Hello everyone. My name is Paloma Hernandez. Im 25, from Oakwood, GA.

I was going through an online course through Freedom Mentor and decided to look for reviews on them and found some posts from BiggerPockets. I have to say, Im excited about all the resources and information thats available on BP. Currently, I am a stay at home mother. I would love a job that will help my family become financially free, while allowing me to still spend time with them on a flexible schedule. I also want something that I enjoy doing. The more I learn about real estate, the more excited I am to get started.

I am interested in wholesale deals and flips. I dont really like the idea of being a landlord. While I am excited, I am also overwhelmed, trying to figure out where to begin and how best to use the information that I have. Im intimidated but I cant wait to meet everyone and form connections, hopefully work with some and learn from all.
