Hey everyone, I own a painting business out here in San Antonio and I’m working on getting into real estate. I’ve been door knocking distressed properties and looking for my first deal, I’d like to partner up with someone who is experienced in wholesaling and subto. If you’re a Pace Morby, astroflip or Brent daniels student that is local that I can jv with and learn the business from I would really like to connect. Thanks

Thanks Robert, that’s what I’m researching now. I think a big part of what’s holding us back is the funding for down payment, closing costs and fees plus being able to float our current mortgage and the cost of the new loan and any other setbacks that come up.

This is all very helpful guys thank you.

Mike and Andy that’s great advice thank you!

Thanks Issac , yes I have pretty good team of people to help me rehab some properties, thank you for the advice!

Hello,

my name is Ryan and my wife and I own a painting company we started in Austin. We’ve moved to San Antonio and have been extremely business with work.  My wife and I are interested in real estate investing and want to start flipping houses and building our portfolio, we know how to do most of the work ourselves but don’t know how to connect with the right investors, banks etc to help us get started, what are the best steps to getting us closer to starting our first house with someone?
